Free Workout Plans To Lose Fat-safe weight loss

There are so many requests for free workout plans to lose fat that I just have to help out here. These workout plans will leave you wondering why you are so cold, then you realize you have no body fat left so you have to put on extra clothes.
I will include one gym workout with weights and one without weights to give something for everybody, just remember, you can not put on muscle or lose fat unless your nutrition is in alignment with your plans (see bottom for more info).Have safe weight loss with these plans
Free fat loss workout plan 1 (weight lifting workout):
  • Dead lifts: 3 x 10
  • Clean and press: 4 x 12
  • Squats: 5 x 8
  • Calf raises: 4 x 30
  • Tucking crunches: 3 x 20
  • Incline bench press: 4 x 8
Free fat burning workout plan 2 (body weight workout):
  • Burpees: 20
  • Wall sit: 1 minute
  • Plank: 1 minute
  • Jumping jacks: 100
  • Bicycle crunch: 50
  • Prisoner squats: 50
  • Lunges: 30
  • Repeat this workout 3 times or more for the best results, should take half an hour if you res a minute at the end of each circuit.
These workouts will kick your body into fat lburning mode, but you must realize the importance of nutrition in your quest for a lean body. We are what we eat, and it doesn't matter how much cardio you do, you can still be out of shape if you don't eat right: just look at some of the people who are into sport, running, the gym etc but still have a pot belly.

WATER
1) Drink 6-18 glasses(250ml each) of water each day - help to rmove impurites You can also substitute a few glasses of water for green or herbal tea.
BREAK MEALS
2) Breaking up of meals into 4-5  - help speed up  metabolism and decrease hungry  between meals.
INCREASE FRUIT INTAKE
3) Increase our fruit and vegetable intake - these are packed with vitamins.
CUT DOWN FATS
4) Decrease fat  intake - NO more than 20gm per day.
WORK OUT (NOT IN GYM )
5) Exercise for 30 minutes each day - take a walk, or play a game with your kids. Just get moving.
BUSY YOUR HAND
6) Find a hobby - take up knitting or painting to keep your hands busy.
AVOID LATE NIGHT MEALS
7) Don’t eat that late night snack - Try not to eat for at least 2 hours before going to bed.
FOLLOW NATURAL DRIVE
8) Listen to your body - your body will tell you when it is full, hungry, stressed, tired. Learn the signs and obey what your body is telling you.
